With a sharp eye for market trends and a passion for customer experience, Glenn has built a thriving business that blends expert consulting, smart technology, and best-practice operational support. Known for his hands-on leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, he believes retail growth should be both strategic and exhilarating. From concept to execution, Glenn brings creativity, commercial acumen, and deep industry insight. He previously spent nearly 18 years at global fashion brand Cotton On, most recently as Chief Operations and Technology Officer.

Known for transforming operations across retail, food & beverage, and logistics, he’s led everything from U.S. expansion efforts for international brands to nationwide distribution rollouts for premium products. He’s driven by a passion for creating agile, customer-focused networks that balance cost efficiency with service excellence. Having partnered with teams across six continents, Brent brings a truly global perspective — and a steady hand — to every project.

Drawing on 30 years in global operations, she’s passionate about building strong partnerships, inclusive leadership, and growth that benefits both people and performance. Claire’s approach blends experience with empathy, creating impact that lasts. In her spare time, Claire can be found trying to crack the game of golf, exploring the great outdoors and, in true Brit style, enjoying a pint at the local.
Barnaby
Senior ConsultantMelbourne, Victoria, AustraliaWith over two decades of global experience across retail, FMCG, and 3PL operations, Barnaby is known for turning complex supply chains into finely tuned, high-performing systems. A mechanical engineer by training and a problem-solver by nature, he’s led Lean transformation programs across more than 60 warehouse sites worldwide — from Australia to Europe — driving cultural change and measurable efficiency gains. His curiosity and precision have shaped his career in logistics, planning, and program management, including large-scale WMS and automation rollouts for global retailers. At Orchard, Barnaby brings that same hands-on energy and analytical rigor to every client partnership, helping businesses plan smarter and operate leaner.

He’s a natural problem-solver who thrives on helping clients simplify complexity and deliver smarter outcomes. Known for his collaborative approach and easy rapport, Travis believes people are the key to every great solution. Away from work, he enjoys time with friends and staying active in sport.
Leigh
ConsultantMelbourne, Victoria, AustraliaLeigh is a logistics and operations leader specialising in warehouse design, network optimisation, and distribution efficiency, turning complex supply chains into scalable, cost-effective operations. At Cotton On Group and across international projects he has led many greenfield and brownfield distribution centre builds and fit-outs, managed tenders and budgets, and refined layouts that increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks. He combines data-driven decision making with hands-on delivery and strong stakeholder engagement, and is known for mentoring teams and fostering collaborative cultures. Outside work Leigh volunteers locally for Geelong charities and remains active in coaching junior sports.
